By downloading, accessing, or using Walluno, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use Walluno.
Walluno provides digital wallpapers, widget-related content, and related features for iOS devices. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features or content from time to time.
You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction. Where required, a parent or legal guardian must provide permission.
Walluno wallpapers and other content are generally provided for personal, non-commercial use unless expressly stated otherwise. Access or download does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights.
You may not sell, resell, commercially redistribute, or claim ownership of Walluno-exclusive content unless you have separate written permission from the applicable rights holder.
Some Walluno features and high-resolution content may require a paid subscription. Subscription prices, billing periods, introductory offers, and other terms are shown in the App Store purchase flow before purchase.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's applicable terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings. Walluno does not receive your full payment card details.
If Walluno allows you to submit or upload content, you remain responsible for that content. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
By submitting content, you grant Walluno the limited rights necessary to host, display, distribute, optimize, resize, crop, process, and otherwise operate the service with that content, as further described in the Copyright Policy.
You may not use Walluno to infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute unlawful or harmful material, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse downloads or subscriptions, or circumvent technical restrictions or premium-access controls.
Walluno and its branding, software, interface, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, Walluno retains its rights in the service and its materials.
Walluno may rely on third-party services for infrastructure, content delivery, databases, subscription management, or other functionality. Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.
Walluno is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or in every location.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Walluno will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access to Walluno or remove content where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect the service, comply with law, or respond to misuse or infringement.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised last-updated date.
