Walluno content may come from Walluno Originals, user-submitted content, AI-generated or AI-assisted content, and licensed content. We make reasonable efforts to understand and document source or licensing status where practical.
Walluno may provide tools that allow users to upload, create, modify, store, or share visual content. We do not necessarily pre-screen every submission. Users represent that they own submitted content or have the necessary rights and permissions and that their submissions do not knowingly infringe third-party rights.
Unless stated otherwise, Walluno wallpapers are for personal, non-commercial use. Downloading a wallpaper does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights.
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Walluno the rights necessary to operate, improve, promote, and provide the service, including hosting, displaying, distributing, resizing, cropping, compressing, optimizing, generating previews, and creating technical adaptations. Where applicable, Walluno may create AI-assisted enhancements, upscaling, filtering, or other transformations.
Content or permitted derivatives may be made available through Walluno premium features, subscriptions, or other monetized functionality. Access does not grant ownership or commercial rights.
If you believe content available through Walluno infringes your copyright, submit a written complaint through our designated copyright reporting process. A complaint should identify the copyrighted work, allegedly infringing material, contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement, authority to act where applicable, and a physical or electronic signature.

If your content was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was made in error, you may be able to submit a counter-notification where permitted by applicable law.
Walluno may restrict or terminate access for users or content sources that repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights.
If you are unsure whether you have permission to use an image, wallpaper, character, logo, photograph, or artwork, obtain appropriate permission or a license before submitting or distributing it.
